The Management of the company has:

  • Documented its policy and objectives regarding quality

Each Department Manager has the responsibility to ensure that quality policy objectives are understood, implemented, and maintained within their area of their responsibility.

The strategic goal of the company is the satisfaction of customers’ quality requirements.

More specifically, the regular objectives of our company are:

To conduct, with consistent quality, the trade and distribution of medical devices (surgical consumables, surgical instruments, first aid materials, electrosurgical devices) and application support in the field of intraoperative neuromonitoring

  • To manage it in such a way that the optimal quality result is achieved through the utilization of resources and executive staff
  • For the company’s executives, to steadily aim at improving quality within their area of responsibility

To achieve these objectives, the company:

  • Selects collaborating businesses based on specific criteria
  • Controls the trading process of medical devices throughout its entire phase
  • Analyzes all risks that may appear in the company’s processes and evaluates them
  • Analyzes the interaction of external factors within the company that affect its operation
  • Continuously trains its staff to renew knowledge and ensure participation and cooperation among employees
  • Ensures the proper operation of its Quality Management System, as well as its annual review and improvement, safeguarding the technical coverage and integrity of all its operations
